I've always had some difficulties with City of Heroes. It's a great game and I enjoy the heck out of it, but I've always had nasty lag times which only got exponentially worse when "Issue 5" (the latest game upgrade) came out a few weeks ago. My computer has been running way slow lately, especially whenever I try to play City of Heroes. Major lag time loading up EVERY zone. I finally found out what the problem is -- my laptop is only running on 256 MB of RAM. The game recommends at least 512. Being the brilliant, computer-literate young man that I am, I've done what I do whenever I have ( Read more... )

Well, last night the New Lightcorps saved Paragon City from the forces of evil! In other words, we completed the Positron Task Force. Took us about a week of playing, and we wound up going into the wee smalls last night, but hey, my healer, STAT leveled twice, and that's a good thing. And man, we looked good doing it...

Well guys, it's 9:30 p.m. and it looks like we made out just fine. Rita's tropical status has been pretty much revoked, and even the winds have finally started to die down here.
